We aim to send parcels within 5 days of purchase, usually sooner. Prices for fitting wigs in the showroom by our qualified staff are approximately 15-20% more than internet prices.
The time it takes to receive your package varies, depending on the shipping method you choose, but the standard time is 8 days. If you order on a Saturday, your package will leave our premises on the Monday and it should reach its destination by the following Saturday.
Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified.
Orders are dispatched under plain cover with no indication of the contents, in order to conserve privacy. You can choose 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Special Delivery includes £100 insurance for lost or damaged products. Special Delivery i.e. next day delivery must be received by 4pm the previous day. The limit on insurance for 1st Class Recorded Delivery is £28.00.
Items have to be paid for in full before despatch.
PLEASE NOTE: Any wigs or hairpieces that are returned that smell of tobacco or have been cut, tinted or dyed will NOT be refunded under any circumstances, unless they are proved to be faulty, as these can’t be resold.
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel any order within seven (7) days, starting from the day after receiving the goods. If you are unsure as to which product would be the most suitable for your needs, then please contact us and we can advise you further. Items that are not advertised on the web site and ordered in as special orders or items manufactured specifically for a customer can’t be refunded.
If you do wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. All products must be returned to us in an unused and re-saleable condition, complete with packaging within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right not to refund either in whole or in part the price of the products if they have been used or damaged whilst in your possession, or any of these terms and conditions are not met.
Prior to returning the products, you must contact us. All products must be returned to us at your cost and we suggest using a recorded or special delivery service, as parcels can be traced whilst in the postal system. It is advisable to have the package insured and traceable. Please keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our shipping facility. We cannot accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit. If the products were provided in error we will refund the postage cost in addition to any refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Faulty Products
Any claim for delivery shortages or damages must be reported to us within a few days following delivery. Please note: we are able to track when you receive goods.
If any item is defective we will exchange it or make a refund. However, you must notify us of your intention to return the product to us within 7 days following delivery. All products must be returned to us at your cost and we suggest using a recorded or special delivery service, as parcels can be traced whilst in the postal system. We cannot accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit.
We do not accept liability for any injury caused by your use of any of the products supplied to you.
